Meghin MarleyFOUNDER + CERTIFIED YOGA TEACHERAn inspiring story of utilizing yoga as a tool for personal development and growth in such a short amount of time. Meghin is a teacher not just in the classroom but in all aspects of her life. Her desire to teach and continually learn makes her an inspiration to be around. Her energy can be heard in the playlists early in the AM with the bass booming. Her knowledge can be seen in the postural sequencing of her classes. Her impact on the class can be felt through her authenticity and occasional swearing to keep everyone on their toes. Everyday is a potential to flow as she challenges her students to look truthfully into their yoga mats to see who they really are, to see where they want to go, or who to be. The yoga mat is a mirror of who we really are. Meghin is a 500 hour E-RYT Power instructor with a Baptiste flare. She is 200 hour power trained through Exeter Power Yoga under the talented Jean Donnelly and Tracy Coviello, and is 300 hour LivFree Yoga Certified.
Lindsey DoyleMANAGER + CERTIFIED YOGA TEACHERLindsey has been practicing power yoga for over 15 years and has been teaching since 2022. In 2021 she rededicated herself to her power vinyasa practice, connecting deeply with the mental and spiritual aspects and its ability to recenter and calm the mind. In her own practice, Lindsey enjoys pushing through her perceived limitations and doing things she never thought her body could do. She brings this sense of wonder and discovery into her teaching, offering advancements in many of the postures as well as options to explore inversions, arm balances, and other challenging poses in a fun and high-energy flow. You can expect fluid flow accompanied by transitions that feel good and natural in your body, with modifications as well as suggested advancements for an all-levels experience.
Lindsey believes in the transformative power of yoga and became a teacher so she could guide people to feel more connected to themselves, build their confidence, and push through limiting beliefs. She believes the lessons learned on the mat can change your life and relationship to yourself off the mat, allowing you to become your best self. She is a RYT 200, completing training at Unity in February 2023, and earned her buti yoga and hot buti yoga certifications in May 2022 from Buti MVMT. She is also trained in hands-on assists and loves using assists to deepen her students' experience and expression of the physical practice. She is currently taking her 300-hour YTT certification at Unity Hot Yoga.

She finds the yoga practice a great way for dealing with anxiety and tapping into a self-initiated energy. Her experience in dance and love for the practice makes her a creative, dynamic, and liquid vinyasa teacher. She completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2013 in Baptiste style yoga with Claire MacDonald and Gregor Singleton. She has taught yoga in the Boston area and locally in southern NH for over 10 years.
Colleen Cassidy CERTIFIED YOGA TEACHERI’m Colleen, and I’m honored to guide you on your yoga journey. The unfolding of a yoga practice, both in myself and others, is a continual source of inspiration. The slow, steady commitment to growth and the exploration of new mental, physical, and spiritual spaces is truly one of yoga’s greatest gifts. Through this practice, we become seekers of deeper connection to ourselves and to something greater.
My teaching is rooted in the dynamic foundations of Awakening Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Hot Power Yoga. These are the practices I cherish, embody, and share with others. In my classes, you can expect a dynamic and intentional practice, seamlessly blending breath work, playful vinyasa, and traditional sequencing. Each session is crafted with purpose- grounded in ritual, self-inquiry, functional movement, and personalized alignment. I am dedicated to honoring the full spectrum of yoga’s teachings. My Vinyasa and Yin classes are enriched with insights from yoga philosophy, mythology, and pranayama practices.
I am a RYT 500+ certified teacher trained with Patrick Beach and Carling Harps at Awakening Yoga Academy, and I hold Yin Yoga Level 1 and 2 certifications from Jean Donnelly at Power Yoga University. My Ashtanga practice is furthered through study with authorized Level 2 teacher Ross Stambaugh and has been enriched by sessions with Kino MacGregor. As a lifelong student of yoga, I am committed to ongoing learning and growth, regularly participating in workshops and trainings to deepen my practice and refine my teaching.
I am excited to share this journey with you and explore the transformative power of yoga together.
Andrea EscobarCERTIFIED YOGA TEACHERChance brought Andrea to yoga, but curiosity and desire to learn more about wellness kept her diving into the practice. Andrea fell in love with the practice of yoga as she discovered the therapeutic and meditative foundations of linking movement to breath in 2018. The creative and physical expression on the mat served as a means to understand what she could not express emotionally. Yoga quickly became an important pillar in Andrea’s life. In 2021, Andrea completed her first yoga teacher training in the track of Hatha. A year later, Andrea became a 500 hour registered yoga teacher with her second training in Vinyasa.
Outside of the studio, you can find Andrea painting, traveling, finishing her degree, learning how to play the piano, and appreciating the arts in a myriad of forms. She is passionate about sharing the power of living in the present moment and finding a deeper connection through the mind and body connection.
Andrea utilizes teaching as an opportunity to share with others a sacred practice that brought solace and immense personal growth into her life. In class, Andrea offers playful, imaginative, dynamic, and ultimately pragmatic classes taught at a pace that allows for intentional movement.
Anthony FritschyCERTIFIED YOGA TEACHERAnthony has been loving yoga for six years with a practice that is intensely focused but also full of play and fun. His yoga practice complements his fitness lifestyle - you can find him on his mat or at the gym most days; he also loves spending time with family and on the ice playing hockey.
Yoga has helped Anthony enrich his life with self-discovery and self-improvement. He enjoys turning off the noise of the world by turning his focus inward on the mat and challenging his mind and body with unique transitions, advancements, and lots of handstands. Anthony's positive attitude and energy encourages others to work hard in his classes, where they'll find opportunities to try new things, advance their practice, and grow…and most importantly, smile.
Anthony is a certified personal trainer, has a 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate, and is a 200-hour RYT after completing his program at Unity in February 2022.
Nina PapatolaCERTIFIED YOGA TEACHERYoga has been a part of my life for 13 years, weaving in and out as I explored different forms of movement. For the longest time, I believed yoga couldn’t fully replace a “workout” (wild, right?!). But everything changed in 2023 when I stepped into Unity Hot Yoga—I knew instantly that I had found my place.
I’ve dabbled in wellness workshops and became certified in reiki, yet nothing quite matched my energy level. My passion for fitness, mindfulness, and human connection runs deep, and I realized I had so much more to share.
I’m a Wife, Mama, and Salon Owner/Stylist who thrives on movement, nature, cooking, and quality time with my people. But nothing fuels my soul quite like sweating it out in the hot room. Yoga is my anchor, my challenge, and my release.
Through my teaching, I aim to help you push past limits, find inner peace, and embrace the unknown. Yoga has cracked my heart wide open, and I can’t wait to share its power with you. Let’s flow, sweat, and grow together!

Alanna ThompsonCERTIFIED YOGA TEACHERAlanna found her connection with yoga in 2018 and immediately fell in love with the practice. Through the years, it has served as an all-natural path to healing—physically, mentally and spiritually. Previously, Alanna was a school psychologist with extensive training in trauma informed care and was called towards this yogic path. For the first time, she listened to instinct and embarked on a journey to Costa Rica in March of 2023 and received her 200 hour RYT with InnerSea Yoga Academy.
Alanna believes that yoga truly drives human beings towards inner peace, and reminds us all to come back home to ourselves. Yoga philosophy and sustainability is what she is most passionate about and wants to continue helping others create a balanced, healthy life. It is a gift and an honor for her to teach the practice that ultimately saved her life. Alanna encourages her students to step on their mat, take a break from all the noise, and allow the practice to intuitively carry them where they need to go.
Alanna brings a lot of variety into her classes and has a specialization in Yin yoga. She loves to play with funky transitions, intention setting, fun playlists and offers hands-on assists in each class. In her free time, you can catch Alanna at the beach, hiking, singing karaoke, finding new ways to save the planet, and is usually with her hound dog Shasta.
