Weekend Overview
Join Bradshaw Wish at Unity Hot Yoga for a special three-part weekend experience in Salem, NH. Across one Friday evening class and two weekend workshops, students will explore fluid movement, handstand foundations, and stronger, more supported backbending.
Each session has a distinct focus while building on strength, mobility, awareness, and confidence in practice. This immersion is designed to be experienced in full, giving students the opportunity to deepen their practice through movement, education, and exploration over the course of the weekend.
Friday, June 5th

Flow Out Loud
This all-levels flow centers on the movement of the hips, exploring mobility, strength, and control through intentional, fluid sequencing. You’ll build awareness in how the hips move and support the body, creating more ease and freedom in your practice.
Expect a blend of accessible anatomy, creative transitions, and plenty of lighthearted energy along the way. As the opening session of the immersion weekend, Flow Out Loud is designed to leave you feeling open, strong, and ready to glide into the days ahead.

Spring into Handstands
This energizing masterclass breaks down the foundations of handstands in a way that’s safe, supportive, and genuinely fun. Whether you’re learning to kick up or refining your balance, you’ll explore key anatomical principles to build strength, stability, and confidence.
Through drills, partner work, and progressive techniques, going upside down becomes both accessible and exciting. You’ll leave with practical tools to enhance both your personal practice and your teaching.

Backbend Foundations
This all-levels workshop explores the power and importance of low range of motion backbends in building a safe, sustainable, and confident practice. Rather than pushing depth, we’ll focus on creating strength, control, and space in smaller, more intentional ranges of movement.
You’ll learn how to distribute backbends throughout the body—accessing the shoulders, spine, and hips in a balanced way—so that deeper expressions feel more supported and available over time.
We’ll also break down multiple approaches to Wheel Pose, offering different entry points and techniques to help you find a version that works for your body. Whether you’re working toward wheel or refining it, this workshop will give you practical tools to move with more awareness and ease.
Expect a blend of accessible anatomy, thoughtful progressions, and a supportive, encouraging environment.

Bradshaw Wish is a Chicago-based yoga teacher with over ten years of experience. He leads public classes, workshops, teacher trainings, and international retreats, blending classical vinyasa with a mindful, modern approach.
A student of master teacher Jason Crandell (500-hour certification), Bradshaw’s classes are both educational and anatomical while maintaining a lighthearted, fun vibe. With a wealth of knowledge and a touch of sass, his teaching style engages and inspires.
He is also the host of The Funny Thing About Yoga podcast, where he mixes humor with heartfelt conversations about the yoga practice and community.
